GRETNA – A financial company is seeking over $6,900.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Patrick Vath.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff $6,941.62 plus interest. The plaintiff has made amicable demand to the defendant but the defendant has remained negligent in paying off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
