Galaxy International Purchasing claims customer owes over $1,900

GRETNA – A company is seeking more than $1,900 in sums due from a negligent customer.

Galaxy International Purchasing LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 25 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ceret Knott.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant was negligent in paying off a balance of a First Electronica Bank account. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $1,980.42 plus interest. Despite requesting amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Patrick of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
