GRETNA – A capital company is seeking more than $3,600 in sums due on a credit card balance.
Brightwater Capital LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 21 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Anthony Paquay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due to the plaintiff of $3,652.60 plus interest. The balance allegedly owed is for a Lowes Consumer Card.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Connie Aucoin of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius Regan.
