GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $3,500 in sums due.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Anthony Francis.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a credit card balance of $3,501. The plaintiff alleges they have made amicable demands, but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura T. D. Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
