GRETNA – An asset management company is seeking more than $2,600 from a customer.
Crown Asset Management LLC, assignee of Citibank N.A., filed a complaint on Jan. 8 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Troy D. Berzas.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due of $2,630 plus interest. The defendant has allegedly received amicable demand from the plaintiff but to no avail.
The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Sims of Rausch Sturm in Enterprise, Alabama.
