Patron says he was injured in a foam block pit at Sector6

Lawsuits

GRETNA – A man is seeking damages, alleging that he was caused injury when he fell improperly in a foam block pit.

George Coleman filed a complaint on Jan. 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sector6 Louisiana LLC.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Jan. 12, 2018, when the plaintiff was at the Sector6 facility with his minor daughter. The suit states the plaintiff jumped into one of the foam block pits, but that the plaintiff did not land properly, resulting in an injury. The plaintiff was caused to suffer back, neck and arm pain due to the improper landing. 

The defendant is accused of negligence and failing to disclose the dangers of a situation.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael Pantaci of Lebland, Fantaci Villio LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 791120.
