Midland Funding seeks more than $2,100 on open account

GRETNA – A funding company is seeking more than $2,100 in sums due.

Midland Funding LLC filed a complaint on Jan. 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against James Tillman.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an open account. The suit states the defendant failed to pay off a balance on a credit card of $2,131 plus interest. Despite alleged amicable demand, the defendant has failed to pay off the balance.

The defendant is accused of sums due on an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Michael Lancaster and Gregory Eaton of the Eaton Group Attorneys in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee Faulkner Jr.
