NEW ORLEANS – A funding company claims that a customer has failed to pay off a balance of more than $24,000.
Guaranty Solutions Recovery Fund LLC filed a complaint against Colby Green on Jan. 18 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court. According to the lawsuit, Green has failed to pay off an open account balance of $24,485.70 plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by Brady W. Crammer of Mansfield, Melancon, Cranmer & Dick LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Rachael Johnson.
