GRETNA – A woman claims she was injured in a car accident after a negligent driver violently struck the rear of the vehicle in which she was riding.
Tiffany Seymour filed a complaint Jan. 30 in Louisiana's 24th Judicial District Court against Blake Prima, Charbonneau Industries Inc and Travelers Casualty Company of Connecticut
According to the complaint, Seymour is seeking damages for injuries she sustained in a March 24, 2018, incident in which she a passenger in a vehicle that was by the defendant's the vehicle. The complaint accuses the defendant of negligence and failure to drive with care.
Seymour, who is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs, is represented by James E. Vinturella of Vinturella Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.
