GRETNA – A building company is seeking more than $16,500 from a metal fabricating business accused of failing to pay off an open account.
New Millennium Building Systems LLC filed a complaint against Fabcar LLC on Feb. 13 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $16,511.23 plus interest for the services issued by the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. New Millennium is represented by Thomas J. Lutkewitte of Favret, Demarest, Russo, Lutkewitte & Schaumburg in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
