GRETNA — LVNV Funding LLC is seeking more than $1,300 it claims a man owes on an allegedly unpaid account.
The lender filed a complaint against Elvis Holder on Feb. 25 in the 24th Judicial District Court. According to the lawsuit, LVNV alleges that Holder has been negligent in paying a loan balance of $1,387.82 plus interest. Despite amicable demand, the suit states, the defendant has failed to pay.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton and Michael Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
