Capital One alleges credit customer owes more than $5,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, seeking more than $5,000.

Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit against Jacqueline H. Chacon in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 20, alleging an open credit card account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Chacon that was then used for $5,804.07 in purchases. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of the credit card.

Capital One seeks the money owed and all court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767618.
