Finance company alleges loan customer owes more than $9,000

GRETNA – A finance company is suing a loan customer, alleging he owes more than $9,000

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Feb. 17 against Albert Brule in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Brule became indebted to Midland for the balance of $9.032.13, as reflected on his consumer loan account. The suit says Brule has failed to pay back the plaintiff. 

Midland Funding seeks all sums due and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
