GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $2,800 in sums due.
Cach LLC filed a suit Aug. 22 against Deidre L. Porche in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,896.08 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
