The plaintiff, represented by Adras Paul LaBorde and Jay Meyers from Dudley DeBosier, APLC, alleges that she suffered personal injury damages following a car accident with Bryan Holliday. Holliday was acting within his employment scope with the United States at the time of the incident. The accident occurred on November 7, 2019, when Holliday backed his 2013 Ford F150 into Montague's 2011 Kia Optima in a parking lot at Baton Rouge.

Montague seeks recovery for past and future medical bills, mental and physical pain and suffering, and loss of enjoyment of life. She claims that Holliday failed to exercise due care while operating his vehicle which resulted in her injuries.
