A status conference for the multi district litigation surrounding the 2010 BP oil spill has been moved up one hour from 9:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
U.S. District Judge Carl Barbier issued the order June 16.
The status conference will still take place on Aug. 12 as regularly scheduled.
Barbier is overseeing the massive litigation resulting from the Gulf of Mexico oil spill in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
