NEW ORLEANS – Harahan-based Orleans Shoring, LLC is suing an Orleans Parish woman for alleged breach of contract.
Orleans Shoring, LLC filed a lawsuit against Camelle McKey in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Sept. 7. The plaintiff asserts that McKey has failed to pay a total of $46,208.62 due at the completion of an elevation job in accordance with the terms of the construction contract.
The plaintiff is seeking $47,141.37 with all accrued interest from due dates until paid and attorney's fees and costs and all other general and equitable relief.
Orleans Shoring is represented by Jefferson Parish attorney Jason Wade.
This case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
