NEW ORLEANS – A Louisiana concrete supplier is suing a local company for alleged non-payment.
Central Rock Corp. filed a lawsuit against Integrated Pro Services, LLC in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Sept. 18. The plaintiff avers that defendants are indebted in the amount of $77,498.98 for the supply of crushed concrete for use in defendant's business.
The defendant is accused of failing to submit the full sum owed to plaintiff for material provided.
The plaintiff is seeking full compensation plus interest and reasonable attorney's fees and cost of proceedings.
Counsel for the plaintiff is Charles M. Pisano of New Orleans-based Roedel, Parsons, Koch, Blache, Balhoff & McCollister.
This case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
