New Orleans – A Louisiana construction company is suing a local resident for allegedly failing to render payment for construction work done on his residential property.
Crystal Welding, Inc. filed a lawsuit against Ammar Eloueini in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Sept. 14. The plaintiff claims that the defendant is indebted in the amount of$32,678.78 for labor and material in connection with the construction of an Upperline Street property.
The plaintiff is seeking full compensation plus legal interest and attorney’s fees.
