NEW ORLEANS – NES Rentals is suing a local company alleging damages and seeking a suit on an open account.
NES Equipment Services Corporation d/b/a NES Rentals filed a lawsuit against Organic Marketing, LLC d/b/a Organic Construction and its officer Richard T. Parker.
NES claims that Organic is indebted to its corporation in the amount $31,747.40 for rental equipment provided.
NES is seeking compensation in the full amount owed, plus interest, attorney’s fees and costs, and all other general and equitable relief deemed proper.
The attorney for the plaintiff is Jonathan M. Walsh of Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles LLP.
This case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
