King, Krebs & Jurgens law firm suing client for alleged non-payment

NEW ORLEANS – A company that had been sued on a lead poisoning claim is being sued for allegedly withholding payment to it attorneys.

King, Krebs, & Jurgens, PLLC filed a lawsuit against DKR Investments, LLC, Epoch-Designs, LLC, Dan Wilby, Ralph Norman and Kristy Fatherree.

The firm claims that the defendant has failed to pay $62,479.90 for more than 300 hours of legal services provided to the defendants.

The defendant is accused of failure to submit payment after amicable demand.

The plaintiff is seeking full compensation.

The plaintiff is represented by Atty. Henry A. King of King, Krebs, and Jurgens PLLC.

This case has been assigned to Division H Judge Michael G. Bagneris.

Case no. 2012-08883.
