NEW ORLEANS - Five community marketing professionals once employed by a the local outlet of an international hotel chain are suing over unpaid commissions.
Hudson Blaine Henderson, John Wesley Martin, Terrence MacCrracken, Octavia Bostic, Jamie Dufrene and Rachel Lecompte filed a lawsuit against Wynhdam Vacation Ownership in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Nov. 9. The plaintiffs assert that Wyndham kept commissions earned by them from third party entities such as Garyline Tours, Cajun Encounters and Louisiana Tour Company.
The defendant is accused of negligence, committing intentional misrepresentation and breach of contract.
Petitioners are seeking all just and equitable compensation for pain and suffering, humiliation, loss of wages and non-pecuniary losses.
The plaintiffs are represented by Rachel M. Yazbeck of the Law Office of Rachel M. Yazbeck.
