NEW ORLEANS – An employment staffing agency is suing a roofing company on claims of alleged damages and breach of contract.
EmployUS LLC filed a lawsuit against Barfield Roofing Inc. in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Dec. 12. The plaintiff asserts that Barfield has failed to make several payments agreed upon in an agreement note and is indebted to the corporation for the sum of $7,860.84.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract in light of its failure to submit payment on the principal balance due under contract.
The plaintiff is seeking the full sum owed as well as attorney fees and court costs.
