Funky Butt Jazz Club party in eviction suit

NEW ORLEANS - Alleged failure to submit rent has resulted in an eviction suit against Funky Butt Jazz Club located on Freret Street in New Orleans.

Go Mango LLC filed a lawsuit against Funky Butt Jazz Club LLC in the Orleans Parish Central District Court. The plaintiff claims that the defendant has failed to tender rent owed under its lease and has failed to and refuse to vacate the premises rented out to it by plaintiffs.

The defendant is accused of failure to submit rent on rental property contracted under lease.

The plaintiff is seeking an order demanding the defendant to vacate the premises and to deliver possession to Go Mango with all costs to be assessed to the defendant.

Counsel for the plaintiff is Richard J. Richthofen Jr. of New Orleans-based Richthofen & Associates LLC.

This case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
