NEW ORLEANS – An New Orleans construction company is suing a customer who has allegedly failed to render the remaining balance due under a home elevation project.
Tim Clark Construction LLC filed a lawsuit against Charlie Kendrick in the Orleans Parish Central District Court on Dec. 18. The plaintiff claims that the defendant owes it a sum of $19,975 for the home elevation work done on the defendant’s Morrison Road property in New Orleans.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking the entire sum owed plus interest and legal fees.
Counsel for the plaintiff is M. Elizabeth Bowman of Bowman & Howley of Gretna.
This case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
