BATON ROUGE – An East Baton Rouge Parish construction company is being sued for allegedly failing to pay a subcontractor involved in the construction of a New Orleans property.
Coker & Associates Inc. filed a lawsuit against D. Honore Construction LLC and Berkley Regional Insurance Company in the 19th Judicial District Court on Feb. 22.
