Oscar and Daisy Castaneda filed a lawsuit against Chrysler Group LLC and Salsbury’s Dodge City LLC in the 19th Judicial District Court.

Castaneda claims that it was the faulty workmanship and manufacturing of the defendants that caused the explosion of his truck and subsequently caused Castaneda's physical and financial injury.
