M&M Glass sues construction company over alleged non-payment for goods

Breach of contract

BATON ROUGE – A Baton Rouge glass company is suing a construction company for allegedly withholding funds for goods and services it provided.

M&M Glass LLC filed a lawsuit against Ronnie Howard Construction Inc. in the 19th Judicial District Court.

The plaintiff claims that the defendant owes a full sum of $5,606.87.

The plaintiff is seeking the sum owed together with legal interest, reasonable attorney fees and legal costs.

Teresa D. Cop of Zachary-based Kaster & Cop LLC will represent M&M Glass before Section 23 Judge William A. Morvant.
