BATON ROUGE– A Baton Rouge catering company is suing over the theft of funds.
Catering Cajun of Louisiana LLC and Wayne J. Stailer Jr. filed a lawsuit against Paul Reed Burns Jr. in the 19th Judicial District Court on March 8.
The plaintiff alleges that Burns is indebted to the catering company in the sum of $2,000 after an investigation determined the defendant was responsible.
The defendant is accused of aggravation and inconvenience due to theft of company funds.
Plaintiffs are seeking the sum $2,000 together with all general damages available under the law.
