GRETNA – The part owner of an athletic training company is being sued by that company for allegedly owing more than $100,000 in loans that he has not repaid.
Athletic Training Innovations LLC filed suit against TBG I LLC and Kevin Bouza in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 23.
Athletic Training Innovations claims that Bouza through his company TBG I LLC and holds a 50 percent ownership stake in their company and a 40 percent voting stake representing two out of five votes. The plaintiff claims the defendant has received $104,143.78 in advanced payments, credit card charges and advanced distributions that he was required to repay. Athletic Training Innovations asserts that Bouza and TBI G have not paid the monies owed.
The defendant is accused of failing to repay monies owed.
Damages in the amount of $104,143.78 is sought by the plaintiff.
Athletic Training Innovations is represented by J. Douglas Sunseri of Metairie-based Nicaud & Sunseri LLC.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
