GRETNA – A contractor who provided work on a Christian school is suing for allegedly not being paid fully for its work.
Cimsco Incorporated filed suit against P and M Properties of LA No. 1 LLC, Christian Schools Inc., Ellis Construction Inc., A&D Plumbing LLC and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland in the 24th Judicial District Court on Oct. 28.
Cimsco Incorporated alleges it provided materials for the John Curtis Christian Lower Campus Educational Complex located at 10931 Jefferson Highway in River Ridge. The plaintiff claims it provided materials to be used in the project by subcontrator A&D Plumbing. Cimsco Incorporated asserts it is still owed $21,514.49 for the materials provided.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
Damages in the amount of $21,514.49 are requested by the plaintiff.
Cimsco Incorporated is represented by Raymond B. Landry of Mollere, Flanagan & Landry LLC.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
