GRETNA – A landscaping subcontractor is suing a construction company on breach of contract claims.
Benge Landscape LLC filed suit against Axcess Construction Management Services Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court on March 20.
Benge Landscape alleges that one of its employees, Brett Szczepanski, submitted a proposal to Axcess Construction Management Services Inc. to perform landscape services at a local fire station.
An unspecified amount in damages is sought for expenses and costs resulting from work done on the project and loss of profits.
Benge Landscape is represented by attorney Laurin M. Jacobsen of New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
