GRETNA – A local restaurant is being sued by a linen service company that claims breach of contract.
Loop Linen Services Inc. filed suit against Blazin Concepts Covington LLC, Chris Olexa and Sarah Favret in the 24th Judicial District Court on March 24.
Loop Linen Services Inc. asserts on Oct. 29, 2012 it entered into a five-year contract with the defendants to provide linen services to a local Buffalo Wild Wings. The plaintiff claims that on Dec. 2, 2013 Favret refused its services and thus breached the contract. Loop Linen Services Inc. alleges it is owed 80 percent of the remainder of the contract which at 204 weeks comes to a total of $31,766.68 as well as past due invoices in the amount of $194.66 and $485.58 for logo mats.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
Damages in the amount of $32,447.120 are sought by the plaintiff.
