Breach of contract

GRETNA – A local company is suing a number of customers for allegedly defaulting on the sale of multiple pieces of heavy equipment and other materials.

Radiation Technical Services Co. filed suit against S&S Consulting Intl. LLC, Leon M. Saucier and Carrie D. Saucier in the 24th Judicial District Court on July 1.

Radiation Technical Services Co. asserts that in July 2011 it contracted to sell the defendants a Bobcat utility machine, a Geo-Probe push machine, a Komatsu machinery treader, an auger attachment, a Volvo utility machine and 140 sheets of plywood for $65,980. Damages in the amount of $55,980 are sought by the plaintiffs.

Radiation Technical Services Co. is represented by Al J. Robert Jr. of the Law Office of Al J. Robert Jr. LLC.
