GRETNA – A construction company is being sued by a communications firm for allegedly not paying for marketing services.
Schulkens Communications LLC filed suit against Zephyr Homes LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 9.
The plaintiff asserts that it contracted with the defendants on Aug. 3, 2009, for marketing services. Schulkens Communications claims it is owed $38,304.47 for the services provided to Zephyr Homes pursuant to the contract.
An unspecified amount in damages is sought for breach of contract.
Schulkens Communications is represented by attorney Gregory T. Discon of New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
