NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans company specializing in glass cutting construction work is being sued for allegedly not paying for temporary workers provided by a human resources company.
Worknet 2000 Inc. filed suit against Standard Glass & Mirror LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on May 1.
Worknet 2000 Inc. claims it provided temporary labor services to Standard Glass & Mirror which never paid for those services. The plaintiff alleges the defendant owes $83,094.08 for the number hours worked and services provided.
Damages in the amount of $83,094.08 plus attorney’s fees is sought by the plaintiff.
