Former co-owner of Metairie bar claims she is owed $110,000 for her shares in business

GRETNA – A man is being sued by a woman who claims she entered into a contract with him to sell him her shares of a Metairie bar.

Alicia Rockwell filed suit against Dean St. Pierre in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 23.

Rockwell contends she entered into contact with St. Pierre to sell him her share of Exactly Legends LLC, a bar located in Metaire. The plaintiff asserts that under the contract the defendant was to pay her $60,000 before March 3, 2015 and $50,000 in 16 monthly installments beginning on April 1, 2015.

However, Rockwell claims St. Pierre failed to pay any of the $110,000.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
