Samuel Mordica III filed suit against Bottling Group LLC and Danny and Clydes Po-Boys & More LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on June 22.

Mordica alleges that on March 31 as he was entering the Danny and Clydes located in Harahan he encountered a Pepsi Bottling hand truck full of beverages that was placed in the walkway directly in front of the entrance.
