ALEXANDRIA – An Ohio company alleges an East Baton Rouge Parish company has not paid for services it provided.
Integrated Project Resources LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Alexandria Division against the defendants alleging open account.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between 2015 and 2016, it rendered professional consulting services for defendants' aluminum plant project in Pineville. Despite amicable demand, the balance of $346,011.94 allegedly remains uncollected for its services. The plaintiff holds Revolution Aluminum LLC and Boggs responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to pay the invoices when due.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks an order for the contract to be dissolved according to law, award for damages in the amount of $346,011.94, plus interest, attorney fees and all costs of court and for all other relief which may be just.
