Luv N' Care claims Squeeze Feeder spoon design has been copied

MONROE – A Monroe corporation alleges its baby feeding spoon design has been infringed.

Luv N' Care LTD and Admar International Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 7 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, Monroe Division against Atziloose LLC and Bombino Express Pvt. LTD, alleging trademark infringement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that Luv N' Care markets a baby food device called the Squeeze Feeder and also own the Nuby mark. The plaintiffs holds Atziloose LLC and Bombino Express Pvt. LTD responsible because the defendants allegedly promoted, distributed, sold and offered for sale infringing feeding spoons that are exact knockoff copies of plaintiff's Squeeze Feeder feeding spoon.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek actual, punitive and enhanced damages, injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses and such other just and proper relief. They are represented by Joe D. Guerriero and Robert M. Chiaviello Jr. of Luv N' Care LTD in Monroe.
