NEW ORLEANS – A New Orleans lender alleges two promissory notes were not paid in full.

Champion Foods Inc. filed a complaint on March 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against Precise Commodities and Edward Forte alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2015 and 2016, the parties entered into two promissory notes in which defendants were to pay plaintiff the total amount of $125,000. The plaintiff holds Precise Commodities and Forte responsible because despite repeated demands for payments, defendants allegedly failed to make payments in full as promised.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks reimbursement and all costs, expenses and interest and all other relief that the court deems necessary. It is represented by Chadwick A. Tobler of Tobler Law Firm LLC in New Orleans.
