DHD Offshore Services LLC, Viral Investments allege they are owed more than $400,000

Contract 02

NEW ORLEANS – Two limited liability companies in the state allege they were not paid for goods and services that they provided.

DHD Offshore Services LLC and Viral Investments LLC filed a complaint on April 3 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against D/B William Kallop, D/B Swing Thompson and Offshore Specialty Fabricators LLC alleging breach of master services agreement.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on July 17, 2016, they entered into a master service contract with defendants to supply labor, goods and equipment to defendant OSF's vessels. To date, the sum amount of $438,879.43 allegedly remains due and owing. The plaintiffs hold D/B William Kallop, D/B Swing Thompson and Offshore Specialty Fabricators LLC responsible because despite notice and demand for payments, defendants allegedly failed and refused to make payments for the said amount.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendants in the amount of $438,879.43, plus interest, costs, attorney’s fees and all such other sums to which they are entitled. They are represented by Ward F. Lafleur, Marc J. Mandich and Julie I. Faulk of Mahtook & Lafleur in Lafayette.
