Flanagan Partners LLP issued the following announcement on May 1.
Flanagan Partners is pleased to welcome Andrew E. Galloway III and Sarah E. Stogner to the firm. Mr. Galloway and Ms. Stogner bring a wealth of experience to the firm’s transactions and litigation teams, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
Ms. Stogner drafts and negotiates oil and gas service contracts and counsels both operators and contractors in their use. She also litigates insurance disputes and represents policyholders in a variety of insurance matters, including clients seeking recovery under insurance commercial general liability and well-control policies. She is a 2008 magna cum laude graduate of the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University, and she earned a bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Finance, also from LSU. She was a member of the Order of the Coif and has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2015-2018) and by Martindale-Hubbell as AV® Preeminent (since 2013). She was recently named to the 2018 Women’s Energy Network Permian Basin Board. Sarah is admitted to practice law in federal and state courts in Louisiana and Texas.

Mr. Galloway has nearly twenty years of experience advising companies, particularly on commercial transactions, ranging from business planning to drafting and negotiating contracts, including master service agreements for oil and gas producers and service contractors. He has also advised clients on entity formation, the negotiation of loan facilities, human resources matters, and corporate transactions involving the sale of assets and the sale of capital stock or other securities. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Galloway practiced law in New Orleans and Los Angeles and most recently served as the Vice President and General Counsel for a Texas-based oil and gas service company and an Ohio-based plastics processing company. Mr. Galloway earned his law degree from Tulane Law School, earning a Certificate of Civil Law, and he earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice law in the courts of Louisiana, New York, and California (inactive).
