MOULEDOUX BLAND LEGRAND BRACKETT: C. Michael Parks Elected to Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel Board

Mouledoux, Bland, Legrand & Brackett, LLC issued the following announcement on Aug. 2.

Member C. Michael Parks has been elected to fill a vacancy on the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel (LADC) Board in District 4. LADC is an organization of more than 1,400 Louisiana lawyers who are primarily engaged in the defense of civil litigation. Founded in 1963, the organization endeavors to create quality CLE tailored to individual practices while educating and training their members. LADC is one of the largest defense-lawyer organizations in the United States, and to have been recently selected as the outstanding defense organization in the country by the Defense Research Institute.

Mike has more than 25 years of experience in trucking, transportation and automobile defense, general casualty and insurance defense, premises liability, products liability, and maritime litigation. As supported by the peer honors he has received, including Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Rating, inclusion in Super Lawyers and New Orleans Magazine Top Lawyers, Mike has developed a reputation as a highly skilled trial attorney in transportation and insurance defense litigation.

Mike is a longtime member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He is a past president of the New Orleans Association of Defense Counsel, where he also served as a board member.
