Taylor Porter hosted high school juniors from St. Joseph’s Academy in Baton Rouge for a Job Shadow Day in the legal career field.
SJA junior Lauren Harmon witnessed an argument at the Louisiana Court of Appeal, First Circuit, by Taylor Porter Partner Ann Halphen, in front of a three judge panel composed of Judges Toni Higginbotham, Allison Penzato and Walter Lanier.
SJA junior Emma Grace Lambert accompanied Taylor Porter attorneys Savannah Smith and Caroline Darwin to LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center to watch appellate oral arguments before a three-judge panel from the First Circuit Court of Appeal, consisting of Judges J. Michael McDonald, Mitchell R. Theriot, and Wayne Ray Chutz. The arguments were held in the Robinson Courtroom at the law school.
