Taylor Porter Managing Partner Bob Barton and Associate Coulter McMahen delivered a virtual presentation on "Sports Law" to a law studies class at Loyola College Prep high school in Shreveport, Louisiana. McMahen is an alumnus of Loyola.
Barton and McMahen discussed several sports law topics and cases that have garnered news including NCAA student-athlete name, image & likeness litigation and legislation.
