In the Fall, Shreveport was named one of America’s top 10 deadliest cities. Unfortunately, crime in Shreveport has continued to plague the area with too many innocent lives been lost.
Yesterday, I went to NWLA to visit with concerned mothers and citizens. I educated them on how the Governor’s criminal justice reform and other reckless hug-a-thug policies have not reduced crime or helped victims.
I will continue working with our local, state, and federal partners to make Shreveport (and all of Louisiana) safer.
