Leslie and Gina will explore effective responses to bias incidents and employee misconduct that do not constitute protected class discrimination or harassment yet still disrupt the working environment and detract from healthy institutional cultures. They will also address the intersection of these issues with free speech considerations, unionized workforces, and shifting human resources and employee relations frameworks. Additionally, they will share effective practices, including collaborative processes for building consensus and community in change management.
