Savannah Walker Smith practices in commercial litigation, general/tort litigation, insurance defense, criminal defense, and family law. She is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts and in the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana.
Matthew Bond Pettaway practices in multiple areas, including civil litigation, bankruptcy law, insurance coverage disputes, breach of contract disputes, debt collection, creditors’ rights, employment law, construction law, and business and commercial law. He is licensed to practice in Louisiana state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
Sean P. Avocato practices in litigation, defending insurers and their insureds in a wide range of property and casualty disputes. He represents several national insurers in all aspects of litigation from suit through final judgment and also serves in a pre-suit consulting, evaluation, and claims enforcement role. Sean is licensed to practice in all federal and state courts in Louisiana, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Stephen Dale Cronin primarily represents insurers and insureds before the courts of Louisiana (federal and state) in matters arising from liability claims related to automobile accidents or other alleged tortious conduct. A large part of his practice involves consulting with and representing insurers on matters of coverage and claims for extra-contractual “bad faith.” He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Andrew Wallace Eversberg focuses on the litigation of all types of property and casualty disputes with particular attention to the defense of commercial and personal lines insurance claims for most of the largest insurers in the country. Drew has handled thousands of lawsuits representing local, regional, and national corporations and individuals in cases involving automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, homeowners’ liability, environmental liability, and trucking liability. He is admitted to practice in both Louisiana and Mississippi, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Mississippi. He is also admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
