The fast-paced nature of academic and professional life often leaves little room for intentional rest and reflection. To foster an environment of self-care, The Southern University Law Center's  (SULC) Office of Disability Services and the Office of Innovation and Strategic Partnerships and Initiatives, is proud to present 'Power of the Pause: Mindfulness Day," on Monday, April 14th, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the SULC Atrium.

This event is designed to encourage mindfulness, relaxation, and self-care among students, faculty, and staff.

'Power of the Pause: Mindfulness Day' aims to provide attendees with the tools and resources needed to cultivate a sense of inner peace, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to engage in activities that promote mindfulness, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

The event is free and open to all members of the SULC community. Attendees are encouraged to take a break from their daily routines and participate in activities that promote relaxation and self-awareness.
